Obtained from pursuing romance (if it doesn't change after you romance her use a respec potion and it will change) Anders: Same outfit but darker colored with the olive/green portions colored black and the dull yellow a brighter yellow/gold, his appearance is basically a more "proper outfit" version. Zevran also had the exact same hair in DA2, as did Leliana.
